1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the joinph website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at joinph.net.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the joinph Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the joinph Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's joinph Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by joinph.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must bet a specified amount before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by joinph prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by applicable regulations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where online gambling is unlawful or where joinph is not licensed to operate.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing or using the joinph Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and joinph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

2.3 joinph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. The joinph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age threshold is set in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.

3.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the joinph Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. joinph makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is strictly forbidden.

3.3 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

3.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive, are not eligible to use the joinph Platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the joinph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. joinph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). joinph may require you to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any time, including prior to processing your first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4.4 Account Approval. joinph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.

5.2 You agree to notify joinph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. joinph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

5.3 All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified joinph of a security breach in accordance with clause 5.2.

5.4 joinph recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional layer of security. While 2FA is optional, its use is strongly encouraged.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Currency. All transactions on the joinph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). joinph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the Player's responsibility and may incur third-party fees.

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods. joinph currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved online banking channels. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.

6.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the policies of the relevant financial institution.

6.6 Source of Funds. joinph reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

6.7 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 joinph may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the applicable promotion terms) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. joinph employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and colluding with other Players. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended and all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited.

7.4 joinph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred or sold.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

8.1 All games available on the joinph Platform — including slots, baccarat, bingo, live casino, and sports betting — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

8.2 Random Number Generation. All electronic casino games on the joinph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation.

8.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, joinph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. joinph's decision in such matters is final.

8.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with joinph's customer support team within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the joinph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in match-fixing or any form of cheating;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing joinph staff or other Players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Creating or using multiple Accounts in violation of the Single Account Policy.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 joinph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the joinph Account settings or by contacting customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no deposits or wagers will be accepted.

10.3 joinph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs age verification procedures to prevent underage gambling. If joinph has reason to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending verification.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the joinph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of joinph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

11.3 The joinph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of joinph. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of joinph.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joinph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

12.2 joinph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

12.3 joinph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude joinph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 joinph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 joinph implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and joinph cannot guarantee absolute data security.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 joinph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, joinph will endeavor to notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

14.2 The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the joinph Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

15.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent joinph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
